Domain Renewal Notice

All .CO.ZA domain renewals must be renewed at least 2 days prior to the expiration date to avoid a $149.99 domain redemption fee. Please refer to this help article for more details.

The .co.za country-code top-level domain name (ccTLD) is an extension that represents the Republic of South Africa.

Domain names can be up to 63 characters, with a minimum of one character, and can contain letters (a to z), numbers (0 to 9), and hyphens (except at the beginning or end of the domain name). You cannot register domain names with special characters such as & and #.
Note: You cannot register .co.za domain names explicitly for resale. However, they can be sold and transferred.

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not renew your domain(s) during the 12-day Renewal Grace Period, you will incur a fee of $80.00 in addition to the domain renewal fee. During this time, the domain name(s) will be moved to parked nameservers and any website or email services associated with the domain name(s) will stop working. Be aware that most domains, including .com, .biz and .net, can only be recovered within a maximum of 30 days after your cancel date. For further information about Domain Renewals or Canceled Domains, review the Domain Registration Agreement.

NOTE: Our free product credit policy has been updated – see Section 8 of our Universal Terms of Service for more details. Active free products created in association with free credits from this domain registration will expire 1 year from the renewal of the domain name if they have been activated. Credits that have not been activated will expire and be removed at the time the domain renews. In the event that the Credit is redeemed, after the initial free one year period, the free product will automatically renew at the then-current renewal price until canceled. If you wish to cancel the automatic renewal of the product, you may do so by visiting your SwissTronix Cyber Services Account and turning off the auto-renewal feature, or by contacting SwissTronix Cyber Services customer service.

We've retired Fax Thru Email

It's part of our move to improve current products and services and make way for new ones.

Separately we've already advised users of the service about the change, and they'll get in-store credit for any time left on their plans.

Here's what has started to happen:

  1. September 1, 2018 — New sales of Fax Thru Email ended.
  2. November 30, 2018 — Monthly renewals will be disabled.
  3. December 31, 2018 — The service shuts down for good.
  4. January 2, 2019 — We issue the in-store credit.
